Conveniently located minutes from historic downtown Beaufort, within walking distance of the Spanish Moss biking/hiking trail and Beaufort Memorial Hospital. Only 3 miles to the entrance of Parris Island (MCRD) and 22 miles to Hunting Island State Park.

The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

This beautiful private waterfront home has fabulous amenities. 1st floor has half bath , laundry , duel reclining couch plus daybed with trundle. This cottage has a unique combination of being close to everything, while still maintaining a very private feel. The cottage is accessible by its private, dedicated drive. This new guest cottage has a King sized bed, as well as a pullout xl twin. The home boasts a large screen tv viewable from every angle, a full sized bath, full kitchen, exquisite outdoor shower, fire pit, full laundry, and all the amenities of home. 10 minutes to Beaufort/Parris isl. Boat parking available on site.

Located in popular Pigeon Point, you are just a short bike ride or a 20 minute walk to the historic district and downtown Beaufort. Less than a mile from Downtown Beaufort and just a block from the bay, you'll have easy access to the attractions of the area. Bring your bikes or rent some to enjoy the 10-mile Spanish Moss Trail, located just 0.4 miles away. Unwind in the Adirondack chairs under the massive live oak in the backyard. Plus, a pass to Hunting Island State Park (16 mi) is included! 9.1 miles to Parris Island

Lady's Island Cottage

Our spacious one-room studio apartment is attached to our home but offers complete privacy. Guests have their own private entrance and parking spot in driveway. The accommodation is not shared with the hosts, however we live on the property. We are located on Lady's Island, SC which is a 20 minute drive to Hunting Island Beach, Parris Island, and MCAS, as well as Historic Downtown Beaufort.The apartment is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood.
