Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

Situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, there are shops, supermarkets, takeaways, chemists and launderettes within walking distance. Bus services run into the city centre every few minutes. A five-minute drive takes you to the beautiful countryside of Nottinghamshire.

We are within walking distance of all local ammenities including pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, takeaways, chemists, hsirdressers, barbers, & more also close to bus stops with frequent service.

The Little Old Barn (TLOB) is a cosy self-contained annexe ATTACHED to our home set in the picturesque village of WOODBOROUGH, surrounded by the beautiful Nottinghamshire Countryside with excellent road links to both NOTTINGHAM & NEWARK. Belonging once to the house next door where William LEE invented the Stocking Frame in 1589. Ideally situated within minutes of the village pubs and beautiful countryside walks it is close to many local attractions & wedding venues.

The Red Lodge Annexe

A well presented self contained annexe with private garden and hot tub, Nestled in the picturesque village of Woodborough in Nottinghamshire, this charming annexe is perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat or even a stop gap for a family day out at one of Nottinghamshire's local attractions. A lovely, detached self-catering bungalow, appointed to a high standard. Dining kitchen with appliances. Delightful conservatory. Comfortable Lounge. Two double Bedrooms. Bathroom with shower. Located in the charming village of Lambley, enjoying a peaceful setting with great views over beautiful countryside. Only six miles from the City centre and within easy reach of most of Nottingham's tourist attractions. Perfect for a relaxing break.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

Greystoke Mews

Situated in a historic Grade II listed building, Greystoke Mews is a timeless period property within a private enclosed garden and patio area situated in the picturesque village of Woodborough. Local to all amenities, including fabulous restaurants and quaint village pubs. Just a 15 minute drive from Nottingham city centre with regular bus service to neighbouring villages and the city centre.

Gardener’s Retreat by Lucy and Mark

A converted small wing of an Edwardian house set in 1.3 acres of garden and woodland. Our home is set in a tranquil oasis with beautiful views and provides the perfect place to unwind. Set on the edge of a golf course, with footpaths direct from the house, on a popular walking route.
