Welcome to our modern and centrally located guesthouse. Our contemporary guesthouse is perfect for short or long-term stays both business and leisure travellers. We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Comfortable, convenient 1 bedroom apartment recently refurbished and furnished to a very comfortable standard. You will find all of the finishes that that make you feel like your at home, all of the conveniences you are looking for on holiday. The train station is a short walk less than 200 meters. Located in a great area to easily explore Perth and dine out with great local cafes /coffee shops a short walk away. Happy to give you local tips as we are local to the area.
