All on the ground floor: Living room: With 55’’ 4K ultraHD Smart TV and tiled floor. Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tiled floor. Bedroom: With king size bed, wardrobe and chair Bathroom: With corner bath, shower cubicle and toilet. Outside there is a private patio area with a hot tub.

Manor Farm Cottage

Stretton on Fosse, an old village in the North Cotswolds. The cottage is Ideal for exploring the area. A mid terraced cottage with traditional style with modern facilities. The cottage accommodates four people allowing children over 12 years old only. Lounge diner, kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath. Two bedrooms ,one bedroom with a king size bed and one bedroom with two single beds .The Plough Inn a traditional 17th century village Inn and dining is 250 metres away. Sorry no pets allowed

The Stables Granby Farm Near Shipston On Stour

Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

Church Steps Luxury Thatched Cottage in Ebrington

Church Steps is a cosy thatched cottage in the pretty Cotswold village of Ebrington. A light and airy cottage with an abundance of character and a lovely private south facing garden for alfresco eating. The cottage has been recently renovated and is very well equipped. A few steps away is "The Ebrington Arms" voted best village pub (TheTimes). There is a well stocked farm and coffee shop in the village, Hidcote and Kiftsgate gardens are nearby, and there are numerous delightful walks locally.

The Fold is a brand new 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom stable conversion situated on a working farm. Located in an excellent location for visiting the surrounding Cotswold villages. The Fold has original features such as exposed stonework & oak timber beams accompanied by Modern features such as underfloor heating, wifi and wine fridge. There is also a log burner for cosy winter nights. The nearest train station is Moreton-in-Marsh with direct trains to London. Disabled access with walk in shower.

Situated in the pretty village of Long Compton, 18th Century Woodland Cottage is full of character and charm and an ideal location for your Cotswold stay. The village has a local shop, award-winning pub and is surrounded by beautiful countryside for walking. Close to the town of Chipping Norton with its variety of shops, pubs and restaurants it is also within easy reach of Cotswold attractions and is well placed for a visit to Soho Farmhouse, Daylesford, Stratford-upon-Avon and Oxford.

Set in a charming rural village, with field views and a pretty garden, on the edge of the Cotswolds & close to Stratford-upon Avon the Annex is an ideal base for adults for a leisure break with plenty of walking, shopping & sightseeing nearby (see guide book). Or for working away from home. Modern and stylish with 2 bedrooms, light open plan downstairs, well equipped kitchen, comfy living area, smart TV & Internet. Village pub short walk, restaurants, takeaways in the locality.

Relaxing retreat on the edge of the Cotswolds

The house is situated 10 minutes away from Moreton In Marsh, a beautiful cotswolds town with great train links to London, as well as being close to Stratford-Upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace). The village has a great pub which is 1/2 a mile down a single track lane from the studio. Guests will be welcomed by either myself, Jo or Ken. Should you have any questions about the local area do message or knock on the door when you're here and we will answer these.

Granby Cottage

Granby Cottage is a newly converted holiday cottage. The cottage has been finished to a high standard, keeping all the lovely characteristics of the old barn. The cottage has underfloor heating throughout, high spec kitchen and bathrooms & log burning stove. The Cottage is in the heart of a box hedged court yard with another holiday cottage next door 'The Stables' run by my mother Caroline. The cottage is very easy to find with plenty of room for parking.

Fox Cottage - Paxford/ Blockley

Fox Cottage is a south facing single storey barn conversion, set amidst the open fields and paddocks of the Cotswolds. The sofa bed fee is charged if the sofa bed needs to be used if there is only one person in the main bedroom and it is required by another guest. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF DIRECTIONS. 2 Nights minimum stay (except Bank holidays where a minimum of 3 nights is required, depends on the length of the bank holiday and/or at the owner's discretion.
