Our Aggieland retreat is minutes from Texas A&M and has been renovated for your enjoyment. Close to shopping in the heart of College Station, this charming house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet isn't far from the action at Kyle Field, Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park or Reed Arena. We've recently added in some major upgrades to the house including additional parking, new energy efficient windows throughout, a metal roof, a covered back porch with patio furniture and built in dishwasher.

The 50 Yard Line is called such as it halfway between everything College Station has to offer...at one end zone is the campus, at the other end zone is the grocery store & several restaurants. Less than 2 miles from Kyle Field, the 50 Yard Line is close to all landmarks in Aggieland. Rustic split level guest house on the back of our property overlooking the horses and cows in the pasture and the goat pen. Climbing stairs is required. Two beds & bath on first floor. Bed (2) upstairs in loft open arrangement with tv, sofa and pool table. Roku tv with YouTubeTV is provided. Beautiful Country-Themed Tiny House Cabin

Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, 35 miles from Round Top and close to several local wineries. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or water sports at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House but we remain Dog Friendly. We have a $50 per Dog fee per stay.

Located within an easy 8 minute walk to campus, even shorter to Northgate. You can see Kyle Field from the road out front and Downtown Bryan (4 mi) and Santa's Wonderland (12 mi) are just a short trip. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies.
