Lil' Ag House

Located at 12th Park RV Resort, this tiny home is 8 min from Kyle field and 4 min from Easterwood Airport. During football season, a free shuttle takes you to/from the game. The RV park is very clean, quiet and safe. It features a pool, rustic clubhouse, laundry, pickleball court, fire pits, bbq pits, sand volleyball, and showers. The home is well-appointed with a unique electric bed platform for extra space without climbing into a loft. It's such a cool place, you might not want to leave!

Rustic split level guest house on the back of our property overlooking the horses and cows in the pasture and the goat pen. Climbing stairs is required. Two beds & bath on first floor. Kitchen is fully equipped - Keurig coffee maker, dishes, flatware, pots/pans and cups/mugs. **Airbnb put us in Lake category- but we are 15 miles from Lake Somerville. Pond on the property**

Beautiful Country-Themed Tiny House Cabin

Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, 35 miles from Round Top and close to several local wineries. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or water sports at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House but we remain Dog Friendly. We have a $50 per Dog fee per stay.

The Retreat at St. Joseph

The Retreat at St. Joseph is a family-friendly single family house that was built by a WWII veteran in 1946. The house is charming and cozy, and you will create precious memories here with your friends and family! The backyard is a decent size for your dogs to run around in. Please note that this home has window units for AC and space heaters in the winter for heat.
