Relax in a brand new "Boho Modern" townhome located in the Historical Downtown Bryan & in walking distance to Ronin, Black Water Draw, RX Pizza, the Village, Cilantro, farmers market & many more Restaurants. Both bedrooms have king sized beds & master room/living room have 50 inch TVs. Log into your personal streaming account or use our Hulu, Disney+ or ESPN+, as a courtesy. Relax in private backyard or cook in the beautiful kitchen which includes a Keurig coffee maker with pods & creamers.

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

Beautiful Country-Themed Tiny House Cabin

Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, 35 miles from Round Top and close to several local wineries. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or water sports at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House but we remain Dog Friendly. We have a $50 per Dog fee per stay.

Presidential Suite 15 minutes from Texas A&M!

Our most secluded cottage pays homage to George and Barbara Bush and the contributions and impacts they made in their lifetimes. This light and airy cottage is reminiscent of their Walker Point estate in Kennebunkport, Maine. The Poppy and Bar has a queen-sized bed in each of it’s two bedrooms, as well as in the loft. There are two full bathrooms with a soaking tub in one and shower in the other, This unit includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

Our guesthouse is a clean, contemporary space with a touch of traditional character. You will be amazed by the impressive view and refreshed by the relaxing atmosphere. The Zone: Blocks from Texas A&M, Comfy King Bed

The Zone is a newly renovated second floor apartment just blocks from the Texas A&M Campus. It is so close you can see Kyle Field from the sidewalk out front. Sleeping arrangements include the most comfortable King bed and a twin-size murphy bed. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies. You won't find a more convenient location in the center of everything Bryan/College Station.

Hawkins Nest

You'll have your own courtyard, a private entrance, and a cozy guest suite with a queen size bed for you and a loved one. Walking distance from A&M campus, Century Square and Northgate. 1.2 miles from Kyle field. Just a few miles from historic downtown Bryan. My cabin is only 20 minutes from Texas A&M University, Bryan and College Station. It is a quiet country retreat on a working cattle ranch. You and your family will enjoy the well appointed cabin and the beautiful outdoors. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).

Peaceful yet centrally-located 1 bedroom 1 bathroom barndominium just 5 miles from Kyle Field. The barn apartment is approx 600 sq ft. within a 60x30 insulated metal building. Perfect spot to stay if you’re visiting town for campus related events, or even just a cozy weekend get away!
