Hilltop Guesthouse #1

Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

The Kingdom A-Frame

Whether you're looking for a home base for a biking or hiking adventure, or a peaceful getaway, The Kingdom A-Frame is truly a heaven we want to share with you. We have meticulously decorated each room to make the space unique and comfortable. Built in 1968, our a-Frame is located minutes away from the Kingdom Trails, Burke Mountain, Lake Willoughby, and across the street from the VAST trail. With picturesque views from our street, and all the amenities, you may never want to leave the aframe.

Trailside Home in East Burke

Our cozy home is newly constructed, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, tucked in a private clearing with direct access to the Kingdom Trail network and VAST snowmobiling trails, minutes from Burke Mountain, and a short drive to Lake Willoughby. Just up the road from the village of East Burke, we are close to nearby amenities yet in a quiet hillside surrounded by nature, the perfect location for a weekend getaway, whether you are biking, skiing, hiking or exploring the Northeast Kingdom.

Vacation with all the comforts of home. The house is ideally located in the Village of East Burke. It is an old 1832 farm house that has been restored and added on to. The house comes with a large yard, plenty of parking and a playground across the street for children. It is furnished to be warm and comfortable. The house has a large front to back living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen, mudroom and washer/dryer. Burke Mountain, the Kingdom Trails and the VAST Trails are all very close.

Relax in comfort in Vermont's beautiful North East Kingdom with our indoor suite, a private patio area and a fire pit. You will have close access to outdoor activities at Burke Mountain and Kingdom Trails. We are right across the street from the VAST trail system, boasting more than 100 miles of snow machine trails in Lyndonville alone! Maple Acres Cabin is located on 50 acres of private land.Every spring fresh Vermont maple syrup is made on sight. Maple Acres Cabin was built new in 2020. Located on its on private driveway. With access to Atv and snowmobile trails. The cabin has everything you need for your stay. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. A full kitchen, dining area,living room with electric fireplace, laundry, gas grill, fire pit. I leave coffee, tea, hot cocoa. Syrup is available to buy.

Razzle's cabin is on the Kingdom Trails! Right out the front door is the Coronary Bypass trail that connects to the entire network! Minutes from Burke Mountain! It's a quiet, private setting off from West Darling Hill road. Huge sunny deck with grill and picnic table along with comfy seating to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Outside you'll find a sweet fire pit with a woodshed filled to the brim and an outdoor shower and bike wash!
