We have an apple orchard, garden, a fire pit, private hiking and mtn biking trails straight out of the backyard and into the national forest, along with a kids bike pump track. Located in a mountain hollow of the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, come sit on the front porch of this homeplace on 10 acres. Situated off Hwy.321 north, right outside Lenoir, NC, heading toward Blowing Rock & Boone, NC. Two bedrooms with a total of 2 full and 1 king beds and 1full kitchen with frig/stove/microwave and a cozy open fireplace in the living room. Level, easy parking. Enjoy an outdoor firepit and picnic area next to the brook, close to Lenoir, Blowing Rock and Hickory

Mountain modern Carriage House downtown Morganton

The Carriage House and city of Morganton have power and are ready visitors. This guest house sits behind a historic home in downtown Morganton. The 1920s structure has restored original finishes : a claw foot tub, vintage bathroom sink, and farm house sink in the kitchen. Downstairs features original wood bead board ceilings. Upstairs the ceiling was removed to expose the roof and beams. Two fireplaces keep it cozy - you'll have a lovely place relax and listen to the rain on the metal roof.

This is a one bedroom guest house separate from the main house located in the neighborhood of Gingercake Acres with an amazing view throughout the space. There is also a bonus room with a futon. Enjoy sitting on the deck and enjoying a view of the mountains and a spectacular sunrise.
