We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

Wonderful stay at an incredible home. Our group of 6 — including a baby and toddler — immediately felt at home here. The kitchen is generous and well stocked. The beds are comfortable. The backyard garden is private and brimming with gorgeous plants. It’s a perfect place to explore Holt and the nearby sea. We look forward to returning!

As we frequently stay at the caravan site at the end of the road we have driven past this property on numerous occasions and knew it would be ideal for us. We weren't disappointed and as soon as we got inside he felt right at home.

Had a fantastic stay. The cottage was just like a home from home. The garden like something straight from the secret garden book! Wanda was extremely welcoming of our dogs! Would highly recommend

This was probably one of the best Air B and B’s we’ve stayed in, it just felt like home. The love that Matt has put into this cottage is so clear, from the little touches, the amazing smell when you walked in, to the digital guidebook which is carefully curated to provide information of the surrounding area and details about the cottage. Everything was exceptional standard and felt so carefully thought of, even down to the Japanese Toilet in the bathroom! Just amazing. I would recommend this Air B and B to anyone and I can’t wait to return ☺️ thanks again, Matt.

Two huge double bedrooms and one twin but all with en-suites! We loved the bright decor. Very well equipped kitchen. When we had the slightest of problems with heating Nicki immediately responded to our text even though it was 7am and we were warm as she could control remotely!!! We had a fabulous few nights and shall definitely return!!

Lovely house, with a lot of nice touches and generous provision of the minimum ingredients for cooking, tea, coffee, fresh milk left in the fridge and toiletries, which was a nice surprise. Practical access and easy to park around. Julia was responsive and accommodating when we requested to arrive a bit earlier than planned. Many thanks!

I have stayed at the cottage a few times now and it always delivers. Ben keeps his properties in pristine condition and ensures a warm welcome. when we arrived on a cold night the log burner had been lit so it was literally a very warm welcome. Ben the owner as usual checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory then leaves you to enjoy your break. However, if you do need anything or have any questions he is really responsive. As stated I have stayed here multiple times and can highly recommend the properties and Ben as a host.

My mother and I came here for a Monday to Thursday stay and we absolutely loved it! it's setting is fantastic as you are in the centre of Cromer and a few steps away from the beach front and promenade! the home furnishings were amazing and spotless, the bed was so comfortable I could've stayed in it all day! the kitchen was beautiful and very big with more than enough room for the two of us. we found the kitchen floor to be quite sticky but everything that we needed was there so we sorted that out without issue. we would definitely stay here again!!

Travelling down from Inverness it was so nice to be greeted by the Suzanne the owner. Beautiful, clean, bright and spacious accommodation. Gorgeous countryside setting with plenty of green space for children and dogs. The rooms were spacious with lots of handy plug sockets and beds were very comfortable. The televisions were a bonus for the kids for some downtime before we went on our adventures. The hot tub was a constant ask from our teen and was a major plus point with our stay. Lime Tree Lodge is in a beautiful setting, quiet and well worth the money for a long or short visit just to have a break away. Suzanne is lovely and is only a message away which I found to be incredibly handy. Can't wait to come back to visit. ♡

A last minute bookng but a gem of a find. The appartment is tucked just behind the main shopping and eating area and just a few steps from the harbour- couldn't be better. Kate was super helpful and friendly when we arrived and easy to communicate with if we had questions. Welcome milk , tea and biscuits was a lovely addition. The place was beautifully decorated and struck a good balance between personal/ homely space and a rental. Love the library space! There are limited cooking facilities which we knew and was not a problem at all as there are too many nice places to eat out! Would definitely reccomend and would book again .

We had a lovely stay at Angie's Airbnb. The location was great, super close to the town and the beach which was perfect for our family stay. Sheringham was a traditional seaside little town which we all enjoyed. We had great weather which also helped! The flat was much bigger than it looked from outside and was plenty big enough for the 5 of us and our dog, and had everything we needed for our stay. If we are ever in this area again we would definitely stay here, and would recommend to friends.

Absolutely brilliant stay here. Me and my husband needed to stay for a few nights in Norwich due to nearby hospital visits. This one stood out as being close to where we needed to be, close to the city centre (about 10 mins walk) and was very reasonably priced. The property is in an area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby but far enough out of the centre to be really quiet and peaceful. It truly was so relaxing. The place is even better than the photos. It’s really large inside and the high ceilings make it appear so spacious and uncluttered. We will definitely return to the property when coming to the city in the future. Ps The parking really was a rare bonus too!

Such a wonderful place to stay for the few days we were there. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops, and walkable to many sights and landmarks. David was extremely attentive and accommodating and offered local recommendations for food, etc. would 100% stay again in the future. really made our stay in Norwich special.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely place the setting was gorgeous we all had a fabulous time thankyou so much for mum& dads hamper that you left us ! The hot tub was just right all in all was a lovely break for us all & the dogs loved it aswell!

A lovely stay, in a lovely house. Perfectly situated for being right in the middle of town, which our boys loved as the weather wasn’t great this time.. so the amusements got a fair few visits. Lovely kitchen and great for the extended family we had come with us. Christian was so accommodating with us having a young son with diabetes and travelling with insulin. Lovely welcome pack too, which was much appreciated. Thank you !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in Suffolk for a 3 day wedding as an extended family group and the house was the perfect base. The house is very comfortable- especially the beds - and everything has been thought of. It is also very very clean. The courtyard is beautiful. We would thoroughly recommend!

Our stay at this beautiful house made sure Christmas 2024 was wonderful! Three generations were so very comfortable, the house has everything you need and so much more! The grandson's adored the warm pool and the space the house provided. The adults loved the home from home feel, the top quality appliances in the kitchen used for Christmas lunch, the amazing facilities, the short walk round the corner to the lovely beach and the nearby pub where everyone was so welcoming! Couldn't have wished for a better stay.

Fabulous house in a beautiful area. House was incredibly well equipped and everything was a really high quality. Loads of essentials in the fridges and high end toiletries in all bathrooms. Cant recommend Jacqui enough as a wonderful host. And really dog friendly.
