Convenient to shopping, and much more. Smoking outside only. Please be aware that it is a family neighborhood with children, so I ask for no parties and no loud noises outside. This is a historical Arts and Crafts home built in 1925 located a block from downtown Palatka, Florida. The location of the home is semi-commercial. The neighors have teenagers and are sometime known to play loud music and present as teenagers. Palatka is a rugged town with areas of distress and has taken longer to recover from recession. It has been identified as one of the poorest counties in the state of Florida. However, the people are quite friendly.

Our space is a Bohemian paradise, a place to sit and relax or enjoy the many nearby adventures. Feel free to use the available bicycles and take a quick 5 minute ride to the beach.
