This place was just as advertised, affordable, and a great place to stay for a nice getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a very beautiful, clean and super spacious home in such a pretty area. It’s very close to New Smyrna. We stayed here for a wedding in Mims and it wasn’t a bad drive at all. We enjoyed being able to ride the bikes to the nearby park and wish we would’ve had more time to kayak. We especially loved drinking our morning coffee on the beautiful, large front porch and had fun playing pool in the evenings. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the necessities. We would definitely stay here again & recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed this place as home base for an outdoors adventure vacation for three family members. Comfortable, clean accommodations with everything we needed. Nice walkable neighborhood. Lots of fun stuff to do at nearby Indian River lagoon, Atlantic beaches, space coast.

We had a family reunion on one day of our week long stay and this place was PERFECT for that!! Everyone in our family was comfortable, had plenty of space to move around plus plenty of seating for 20 people... they didnt all stay there, but the day was filled with fun, family and a great place to spend it in....We really enjoyed the dock and close proximity to renting pontoon boats to go out on the lake or river for fishing.... We hope to enjoy this property again in the future for some relaxing family time... Thanks Megan for everything!!

We had such a fabulous stay at this home. It is a beautiful place in the most scenic setting. We enjoyed relaxing on the gorgeous deck, kayaking off the dock, laying by the pool, and cooking in the big kitchen. We loved being walking distance to the beach and a short drive to historic St Augustine. We didn't want our trip to end!

Dawna's place was absolutely perfect! We experienced an issue with the A/C not working our first night and they immediately sent out a repairman the next day, fixed the issue, and even offered us to stay at their property nearby while the A/C was getting repaired. 10/10 communication and host. Absolutely cute lake cabin with a great dock, easy lake access, nice porch swing, and beautiful stargazing! Close enough to Micanopy and Gainesville to have them not feel out of the way, but far enough to make you feel like you're on your own private retreat.

My husband and I took our 14 year old grandson on a mini vacation to fish. We were accompanied with my elderly parents. This place is absolutely wonderful. We spend so much time outside on the covered dock. Even in the evenings, my husband and grandson would fish until after 11:00 PM as there are lights on the dock. We caught some really big fish too. The house was also very comfortable with everything you need included in the kitchen. We brought food with us with the intentions of eating dinner out each evening. We were having so much fun that we decided to stay in (and not dine out with the exception of one evening.) This place is good for ALL ages. Thank you Dori and John for your rapid response anytime we had questions (before and after we checked in!!) We highly recommend this place.

We didn’t get to experience the kayaks or two seater bikes or all the extras since we were so busy with our wedding plans but we would have loved to stay longer if our jobs permitted it. Adorable house. Clean. Nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors… easy, quick access to stores….VERY inexpensive fruits & veggies at the farmers market type grocery store…. Wish we could live there!! The hostess was quick to respond to a question. An overall very pleasant experience. My grandkids (3 & 6 years old) were super happy. The pool was heated and fun. Beautiful sunrise at the beach nearby. We can’t thank the hostess enough.

Karan and Courtney are two of the kindest people on this planet! They hit all the standard marks with responding in a timely manner and providing insight on the local area. I had a two week gap between my stays. Karan helped coordinate another location that was super close by. They are amazing hosts who will help you any way they can! Now let’s talk location. If you’re looking for a private spot with lots of birds and animals, this is your place. I’ve never seen so many blue jays, cardinals, or woodpeckers in one place! Oh and there’s deer too! The home has beautiful mature trees surrounding it! If you want to recharge your battery in a quiet, tranquil location, then this is it! The stars fill up the night sky, which you can enjoy, while sitting on the patio. The other benefit is you’re just a short drive from restaurants, biking trails, and plenty of other activities. It’s also perfect for remote work with strong Wi-Fi! Plenty of spots to work from, while enjoying the view!

Maria's home is located on a canal that connects to the Tomoka River, and the kayak adventures are not to be missed! We enjoyed the wonderful Florida wildlife a short paddle away (manatees, gators, so many birds!). For the less adventurous, the backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and outdoor dining, very private with lots of comfy seating. The house inside was very clean and well stocked, with great restaurants and shopping at nearbyTrails Shopping Center. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had, and our two-week stay at her place was the perfect "snowbird escape" for us!

todo estuvo excelente desde la estadía hasta la comunicación, toda la casa muy completa tiene todo lo necesario, aunque la mayor parte de el tiempo la pasamos afuera, en el lago, y cocinando en el porche de atrás, estamos encantados, con gusto regresaríamos de nuevo .

Great central location for us to explore natural Florida!

Leanda's home was exactly what our family needed over the Christmas holiday. Morning coffee on the screened in porch with sun coming through the small tree was the best way to start our day. Her home is close to everything we wanted to do. We drove into New Smyrna Beach every day which had a variety of beach spots, shopping and restaurants to choose from. We found thrift stores and even made the 2 1/2 hour drive to Crystal River and swam with the manatees. Most importantly Leanda's home came equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals and even offered chairs and boogie boards for us to use at the beach. Her home was the peaceful getaway we needed and Leanda was very responsive and made check-in and check-out super simple.

Loved staying here - perfect for the kids and lots to do nearby. We weren’t in the “heart” of downtown but that didn’t matter- only a 5 minute drive away.

This place was lovely for our own night stay. Looking out onto the lake from the jetty at sunset was very beautiful and peaceful. The accomodation was super clean and the adjustable Aircon went down a treat. It was easy to get to the nearby supermarket and drive to local springs. Particularly appreciated how flexible and responsive our host was when we had any questions. Would've loved some bottled water in the fridge for when we arrived - other than that it was perfect

What a great place to stay! Right across from a lake, beautiful views in the morning. We had motorcycles with us and having the car port was incredible. About 45 min ride to Daytona with lots of great little stops along the way! Having a washer and dryer there was so convenient!

Everything was great. Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Be prepared to have little to no reception when in the area. The wifi in the house worked fine, though.

Loves David and Liz's place. It was easy to access the kayak and paddleboards to enjoy right off our private dock. Appreciated the fishing poles that were left ready to go for us to use. The guesthouse had everything we needed, towels, plenty of blankets and a well stocked coffee and tea bar. Really enjoyed our time!

Cute little place. Mattress was very firm. I would buy a cheap air matress next time only because I like a soft Mattress. Didn't stay at the house much. But if i had more time would have loved to take out the kayaks and explore the streams around the cabin.

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of every day life then this is the place for you. You could stay here and never have to leave the property to have a great time. My partner and I spent our 10 year anniversary here and it was great! We woke up to limpkins fishing on the shore and fell asleep to the sound of crickets. We went to Blue Spring State Park just up the road (or river) and saw a plethora of animals including manatees and alligators. We also had a fantastic time watching the fireflies at night. The host provided ample entertainment and we spent most nights playing cards, listening to records, and watching VHS movies. Overall, we had a wonderful time making the most of the nature here and enjoyed the amenities provided.

We had an amazing time at Lisa's place! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and had many thoughtful touches. We had a great time canoeing and using the campfire/grill. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking; we stayed for two days but could've easily done longer. Thank you :)

Very peaceful & about an hour from Disney. The horses & lake are pretty, we loved the theming of the cabin

Large cabin on a dirt road on a very private muddy lake. We left the windows cracked and slept to the sounds of birds all night and morning. Space was large and vhs selection was on point. We were able to cook all of our meals and brought our own bottled water. Had an amazing 3 nights stay and just relaxed lazily the entire time. The doc is nice too and sat around on there a lot too.
