The Cozy Granny Flat

PLEASE READ!!! We have building works next to our property and we don’t know how this will affect your stay. The hours are from 7am-5pm Mon-Fri and on Sat from 8am-3pm. Completed by Nov’25. Situated at the rear of the property our cozy 60 sqm Granny Flat is a private and enclosed space with separate access from the main house. Kingsgrove train station is located just 10 minutes walk then 5 stops to Domestic / International Airport. Sydney CBD is approx. 25 mins via train. Free street parking.

'The Bower' is located in lush gardens in the historic village of Mt Kembla. This stylish bungalow is the perfect relaxing retreat or home base to explore the Illawarra and South Coast. Walk to the Historic Mount Kembla Hotel for dinner and a drink or explore the many bush walks located in and around the area. Our beach house is an ideal getaway. The guests accommodation is self contained and has its own private entrance, situated on the ground floor of our two storey home. Our residence is upstairs and has its own entrance. We'd like your stay to be private and relaxed. We are passionate surfers and the owner/operators of the local surf school, maybe have a surf lesson or coaching with us while your here or just relax!

Water glimpses, the North facing cottage, is bathed in light, and just a few meters from the beach. All doors are extra wide, allowing for easy wheelchair access.
