‘Palm Lane’ -Bright & self contained part of house

Rest & refuel after a big day of traveling or exploring in this private, secure & self-contained section of our home located in a quiet estate near Sawtell. Centrally located just a short drive from the highway, shops, restaurants, university, hospital, sports fields, beaches, national parks, the Coffs CBD and 25mins to the funky town of Bellingen. Complete with its own entry, courtyard, 3way bathroom, plus kitchen area (containing the essentials - kettle, microwave, toaster & coffee maker).

Tiny on Top - outstanding views, and a hot tub!

Not too much, not too little Relax, reconnect, and rediscover nature. With panoramic views out to the Dorrigo escarpment, this is the perfect location to both celebrate special occasions, and to create them. Surrounded by State Forest and complete serenity, though only 10 mins from restaurants/cafes, and groceries, here you will wake to the sound of birds, and very little else, the peace is outstanding. "Behind the Wall" is a Tuscan inspired getaway situated within walking distance of the shopping centre of Urunga, the boardwalk and beach and the Wetlands Boardwalk. As you enter Behind the Wall you will set foot in a Tuscan inspired garden complete with espaliered fruit trees and outdoor dining. The two bedroom house is an original hundred year old home recently renovated to honour it's original character. The kitchen and bathrooms are purpose built to accommodate the needs of guests.

A short walk will get you to Bongil Bongil National Park with walking and bike riding trails, while a drive or walk of 1.7km will take you to the vibrant restaurants and cafe culture of Sawtell with its magnificent headland and beaches. Note that there is no boundary fencing.

The Beach House is situated in an ideal position just a few steps to beautiful Sawtell beach! You will instantly feel relaxed as you enter the open plan living, dining & kitchen area which opens up to a private deck area Perfect for a couple but can suit a small/young family. MAXIMUM 2 adults & 2 young children. The 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed. Located just steps away from Sawtell beach and a short 3 minute walk to Sawtell village!

Only 2 minutes off the highway this recently constructed apartment has a private entrance and balcony overlooking natural reserve in peaceful surroundings. A fully functional kitchen ~ filtered water ~ spacious lounge and separate bedroom~ split system aircon ~ overhead fans and mood lighting. The bathroom has a generous shower heat lamp and washing machine. Netflix is available along with fast wifi.
