The apartment is spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It has recently been renovated providing a new bathroom and loo. The balcony is enclosed to provide a great sitting area. The building is solid brick throughout making it very quiet for those seeking a good night's sleep. There is a parking space with the apartment. It is solely used for Airbnb guests and vacant in-between bookings. Always available to provide advice to make your stay the best, unless of course I'm away staying at an Airbnb overseas. The apartment is in the trendy suburb of Teneriffe. It's near the city centre, upmarket shops, movie houses, nightlife, and restaurants. Running areas and a swimming pool are within walking distance. James Street shops are a 5-minute walk away. Check-in is from 3 pm and check out by 11 am to allow a change over if there are adjacent bookings, however, if there are no adjacent bookings then the times are flexible for check-in and out

Studio apartment with a great view of Brisbane City. There is a stove, crockery and cutlery. There is access to a gym with treadmill, cross trainer, weights, rower and a bike. Only 2 minutes from the train station (5 stations to the CBD) and bus stop. Very close to local restaurants, a small supermarket, and many cafes. Major supermarkets are one suburb away in either direction (both accessible by train). UQ is 10 minutes away. If you play golf I can arrange a round at Indooroopilly Golf Club.

We are a 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and QPAC, 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes by bus or ferry to Qld University of Technology and University of Qld, 3 minutes walk to a fabulous array of restaurants. Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

It's 150m to a fabulous suburban cafe and not far to a major shopping centre, the suburbs quaint shopping area and train - 18 minutes to town. The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. This apartment is located the the prestigious waterfront River Place Apartments. The apartment boast 180 degree views of the Brisbane river, the story bridge from the large balcony. It is walking distance along the river promenade to CBD and the valley. We have a first class amenities like, waterfront pool, gym and sauna NOTE: check-In hours vary. Monday to Thursday MUST be before 5pm. Friday must be before 3pm and Saturday between 9am and 12 midday. These times are non negotiable.

My unit is close to Brisbane city centre, Roma Street train station and South Bank. The unit is fully self contained with a kitchenette and a queen bed. It is close to the Brisbane convention centre and CBD. For football fans, it's walking distance to Suncorp Stadium. Please note - There is a new building going up, whilst we are excited about this building and what it brings, there is noise between 7am and 5pm. Prices for Jun - Aug have been reduced to reflect this.

Bright modern studio on huge property

This studio has lovely natural light. It’s spacious, but still cosy. It’s new and modern and very comfortable to stay in. It has additional convenience of wifi and Netflix, air conditioning an espresso machine and Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner. The studio is on an acre property with a swimming pool and gardens. The area is quiet, but close to good restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. It’s within in walking distance to public transport.
