The house is placed 5 kilometers away from the closest town, Portoscuso. There is a private entrance with relative parking secured by the main gate. The pool is in operation 24/7, laundry and kitchen at the guests disposal. Two bedrooms: the main bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with 2 single beds. A large bathroom with 2 basins, toilet bowl, shower, bidet and jacuzzi bath. All the equipment is necessary to cook available in the house. Wi-fi is available. TV and radio available.

Apartment in the city centre, easy access to the beach, terrasse with view on the port entrance and private parking. Ideal for couples and families. The Pandemic taught me a new way of hosting by organising the apartment as ideal base to work remotely with High Speed Fiber Internet and desk, using cleaning products approved by the health and safety ministry, having aircon/ heating system deep-claeaned and subsequnetly certified by a specialised firm. I am looking forward to my next guests!

L'appartamento offre una grande veranda con una vista splendida sul mare scintillante della Sardegna, inquadrata da palme e dell'isola di San Macario con l'antica Torre spagnola, in lontananza il porto turistico di Perd'è Sali. Prima di farsi baciare dal sole ci si può tuffare nell'acqua cristallina sotto casa. La spiaggia mista di sassolini/sabbia si trova a circa 50 metri. E' inoltre la base ideale per esplorare tutto il Sud Sardegna e le sue magnifiche spiagge e paesaggi.

The terrace is the real gem of the house, treat yourself with a warm bath in the Jacuzzi from which you can enjoy a priceless view on the city.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
