The Boathouse is a perfect place to recapture some peace in a hectic world. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. A great place to get away for a breath of fresh air. Sit by the year round creek and enjoy the soothing sounds of water meandering its way beneath the lush green trees as the sunlight peaks through the branches and dances on the water. Take a creek walk and enjoy the beauty of nature on a relaxing adventure. ( We now have high speed fiber wifi at the Boathouse!)

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. Welcome to River Run Cottage! Our 280 acre farm has views of the beautiful Duck River Valley & has 3 mi. of private river frontage. The cottage is located adjacent to our winery tasting room, open Thurs. - Sunday. (Horseshoe Bend Farm Wines) We also grow blueberries and offer picking opportunities for a real farm experience. This private, gated home is located only a few miles off of I-40, 10 minutes from downtown Dickson, and 45 minutes from downtown Nashville. This private space is above the garage and features 650 sq ft of livable space, an office area with wifi, as well as a refrigerator, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and a TV with plenty of cable channels (plus a fire stick for streaming).

Easy River access - perfect for fishing, canoeing (rentals available nearby), swimming and lounging. We just repaired the road and it’s very smooth and easy to get to the cabin!
