Back studio apartment with private entrance. The backyard and patio space are shared with the other tenants. Relax in the hammock and grill up some dinner! Great city location! Close walk to Allentown, Five Points, and lower West side restaurants and shops. Queen size bed with futon sofa for an extra person if needed. Newly renovated private cottage on the historic grounds of Buffalo's first Irish Catholic church complex in the popular Larkinville area of Buffalo. Only a 7-minute drive from downtown/RiverWorks/Canalside, and 1 minute walk to Larkin Square, there are plenty of restaurants, breweries and attractions nearby. This cottage has a beautiful flower garden and fresh herbs you can pick and use while grilling on the patio. There is a washer and dryer in the garage.
