The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge. Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. The home oozes style and comfort -a perfect getaway for family and friends within reach of cafes, restaurants, beaches and the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Enjoy fishing, kayaking or just unwind. Sky High with spectacular views over the ocean is close to all Terrigal has to offer. It is your home away from home with everything provided so you can just walk in and start relaxing before exploring the area. Lots of cafes and restaurants to enjoy or perhaps a stroll along the beach boardwalk to the Haven and Skillion .At this time of year the whales migrate you may get lucky.. Beautiful Bouddi national park is only 25 mins away where there are amazing walking trails to be enjoyed.

Absolute Waterfront Retreat with Own Pool

Newly renovated coastal themed house with direct water access on the lake, and a private pool. North facing in a tranquil location at the bottom of a long drive away from the road with unrivalled lake views. Watch the pelicans and black swans glide by. Located on the central coast an hour and a half from Sydney and close to many beaches and amenities. A public jetty is two doors down for launching boats and the house has a small boat ramp for fishing/launching kayaks.
