Lovely riverside flat in the center

The 60 m2 apartment has a great location: situated at the heart of the city, at Falk Miksa Street (http://www.stay.com/budapest/attractions/47226/falk-miksa-utca/) the 'antique row of Budapest.' where the Falk Art Forum, the Antique and Modern Art Festival is held semi-annually from 2pm to 10 pm. The street is turned into a pedestrian precinct during this lively event. Organized by more than 50 local galleries, the Falk Art Forum features special exhibitions, stage performances and culinary delicacies. It’s a great place to find hidden treasures. The festival is free and offers plenty of entertainment, including live music and kids programs. This street is just next to Margaret Island - the island in the middle of the River Danube. This is a popular recreational area of Budapest, with lots of green areas. Ideal place to escape from the hectic downtown of the city and have some peaceful moments and relaxation. In a sunny day it is great to take a blanket and have a picnic - or rent a bike and explore the island's hidden corners. If you decide to walk on the other direction from our apartment, few minutes later you will see the hilarious building of the Parliament which was built in neo-Gothic style. The building lies at the bank of the River Danube. From here you can go to the Buda side ( which is one stop from Kossuth Lajos Square to Batthyany Square , M2 metro line ), and have an incredible view for the Parliament in front. Walking ahead you reach the Chain Bridge, and you can walk up to the Buda Castle Quarter which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites with the Matthias Church, Fisherman's Bastion, Chain Bridge and the view of the two banks of the River Danube. From the terrace of the Fisherman's Bastion you will have an amazing view of the city, one of the most beautiful in Europe. Public Transport near us : - No 2 Tram line, which follows the curve of the Danube River. This is the best way to see the Parliament building up close and the panorama of Buda Castle across the river. - Jaszai Mari Square, Margaret Island (4-6 Tram line) - Nyugati Palyaudvar (M3 Metro line) - Kossuth Lajos Square (M2 Metro line) - boats on the Danube (part of public transport) - Excellent night bus service The apartment is situated in the 2nd floor ( elevator is available). It has one large south-facing living room with balcony, a hall (no separate bedroom), a bathroom, wooden floors, fitted open plan kitchen. Corvin Promenade view (gym, spa, restaurants)

Have your morning coffee looking over the buzzing life of the famous Corvin Promenade, in one of the newest, nicest buildings of central Budapest! This is a one bedroom + one living room 50 m2 flat with balcony overlooking the restaurants of the promenade. The building features a unique internal garden and has the best gym and spa within the city center (wellness facility costs a small fee). Parking spaces are available in the building's garage for a small fee (please contact for availability).
