This is a one bedroom + one living room 50 m2 flat with balcony overlooking the restaurants of the promenade. The building features a unique internal garden and has the best gym and spa within the city center (wellness facility costs a small fee). Parking spaces are available in the building's garage for a small fee (please contact for availability).

Romantic nest for couples, free parking, AC

This small apartment is located in Óbuda, in green zone of Budapest, with easy and convenient access (20 min.) to the Center by bus or HÉV (green local railway), which stations are in the near. Bus line (number 106 or 34), local railway line (number H5). And there is a night service too (number 923). I will share my customized Google Map with you, which I’ve created for the apartment. It has different categories and it might be a good support for you in planning your days here in Budapest.

New studio apartment, close to sandy Beach

Enjoy the simplicity on this peaceful and central accomodation. Nearby you will have everithing may need. Business, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, uniqe sandy beach, bars, waterside. Free public parking is a 10-minute walk away. The Allée (shopping center) and Móricz Zsigmond square can be reached in 20-25 minutes by public transport and by walk too. The city center can be reached in 25-35 minutes by 47tram or the 133Ebus or the 4th metro (which starts from Móricz Zsigmond square)

Best ever location to go to the SZIGET FESTIVAL too. Modern, well designed, brand new apartment in a traditional, authentic building. Cool enough even in summer due to the 60cm wide walls. The apartment is close to the tourist attractions, so you can easily walk anywhere in the city, but public transportation is only a 2-minute walk away. The area is full of bars, cafés, restaurants, 0-24 grocery around the corner, shopping center, ruin pubs, Széchenyi SPA are very close.
