A 5 minute walk takes you to the Thames towpath & an 8 minute walk to the bus stop for Oxford and Reading. We leave you to enjoy your privacy but are next door in the main house if needed.

It is also just an 8 minute walk to the Bourne End train station with quick access to London via Maidenhead on the Elizabeth Line and/or fast train to Paddington as well as Cookham and Marlow. Many amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops & pubs are within just a few minutes walk.

Water's edge is a well loved family home, it is by no means in a modern condition but the view and location is a truly unique spot with one of the most iconic views of Henley at the finish line of Henley Regatta. An electric launcher boat is available to hire during April to August at an additional charge of £300 per day subject to river conditions.
