La Casa di Sogna

Prenditela con calma in questo spazio unico e rilassante, in un antico borgo nel bel mezzo delle colline toscane. Rilassati guardando il tramonto mentre sorseggi un buon vino del Chianti, o mentre nuoti nella piscina riservata ai residenti del borgo. Situata a Sogna, piccolo borgo nel comune di Bucine, la casa ha due camere da letto, una matrimoniale ed una singola con la possibilità di renderla doppia, ed un bagno. Nel borgo è presente un campo da tennis e una lavanderia sel-service a monete.

Poggio del Fattore is situated at the eastern edge of the Chianti region in Valdambra, a green valley that joins the lands of Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The farmstead is on the top of an hill and lies at the end of a long private road through a large olive growing estate; therefore you absolutely need a car. The breathtaking landscapes and the location of the villa offer the privacy needed for a peaceful and relaxing holiday and a perfect departure point from which to explore central Tuscany.

E' inclusa una colazione base all'italiana (caffè, tè, latte, biscotti ecc.), se invece preferite una colazione più ricca e servita al tavolo il costo è 15€ a persona (10€ da 5 a 15 anni, gratis meno di 5 anni). The house is placed among vineyards and olive trees with the medieval watchtower of Galatrona nearby. The house has wi-fi, private garden with bbq and easy access to the swimming pool shared with 2 of our houses. To access the house climb 20 steps to the first floor, landing on a cute panoramic terrace.

Situato in zona tranquilla con vista sulle colline toscane. Facilmente raggiungibili le città d'arte di Firenze, Siena e Arezzo a mezzo auto o treno, visto che la stazione ferroviaria è poco distante dall'abitazione. A 30 minuti in auto sono raggiungibili le terme di Rapolano.
