The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The farmstead is on the top of an hill and lies at the end of a long private road through a large olive growing estate; therefore you absolutely need a car. The breathtaking landscapes and the location of the villa offer the privacy needed for a peaceful and relaxing holiday and a perfect departure point from which to explore central Tuscany.

Un luogo meraviglioso dove trascorrere alcuni giorni in piacevole compagnia. Un ampio salone con camino dove rilassarsi al rientro da bellissime passeggiate, giri in bicicletta, ed escursioni. L'appartamento indipendente si trova a 15km da Siena, 20 km dai centri Termali e a 40 minuti dai borghi di san Gimignano e Monteriggioni. Nel complesso è presente un'azienda agricola che produce vini e olio con la possibilità di visite guidate e degustazione dei nostri prodotti con cene a tema.

La Piazzetta -Accogliente open space nel centro storico di Montepulciano

Versati un bicchiere di vino e accomodati di fianco al caminetto di questo open space dalla calda atmosfera tipicamente toscana: travi in legno, pavimento in cotto, pareti in pietra. Poi esci e ammira il magnifico panorama sulla Valdichiana. Pour yourself a glass of wine and sit next to the fireplace of this open space with a warm Tuscan atmosphere: wooden beams, terracotta floors, stone walls. Enjoy yourself and relax! Then go out and admire the magnificent view of the Valdichiana.

Qui la vita rallenta: Solo il profumo della terra, il canto degli uccelli e la simpatia dei nostri animali. È un invito a riscoprire la bellezza delle piccole cose, immersi nel verde della Toscana più vera. Non è solo una vacanza, è un ritorno alle origini. Questo angolo di pace vi resterà nell'anima. Il mio appartamento è situato nel borgo di Villa a sesta, al pian terreno con accesso diretto al giardino, dispone di due camere, una matrimoniale , l'altra con letti a castello, due bagni, un ampia cucina e un soggiorno. lo spazio esterno è molto grande e il giardino dispone di un grande tavolo e poltrone per il relax, l'auto potrà essere parcheggiata a casa, abbiamo il posto auto privato, arrivati in paese si accede a casa da una piccola strada bianca (30mt).

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
