Walking distance there is a GYM, the biggest supermarket market SPAR and the local villagers market who sell fresh fruits and vegetables etc. Double Bed + 1 couch (or both sofas) can be converted as a bed + 1 inflatable bed. Residential parking for free. A very short walk 190 meters from the beach / lake.

There is air conditioning in the room, TV, Wifi, refrigerator, microwave and an additional sofa in available next to the double bed if you are a group of 3. The bathroom has a washing machine and dryer. Perfect for both short and long stays, these rooms offer more comfort than hotel rooms.
