At night gather around the fire pit for stories and stargazing. Ideal for those seeking fresh air and comfort, our cottage combines a cozy interior with country living.

The spacious 2 bedrooms below and a large loft upstairs makes for plenty of space to enjoy. With kayaks and a pedal boat on site, there is lots of fun to have out on the water.

The Lazy Possum Cottage is a modern fishing cabin on the north side of Possum Kingdom Lake. This newly remodeled waterfront property offers a gentle slope to the water perfect for swimming and wading. It is usually deep enough to moor a boat or jet skis right at the shore although if the water level fluctuates you might have to tie it up a little further out or use our boat slip at the Marina less than a quarter mile away.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Bring the whole crew or enjoy the lodge by yourself!. Downstairs is the towns community lounge with laundry facilities and hair salon. You are more than welcome to utilize downstairs 24/7 even after it closes. Access through the hallway door.
