Full Coffee Bar with plenty of seating for additional guest. Pet Friendly, large backyard with deck, trees, fire pit & dining tables. Perfect place to host Game Day, Graduation or Ring Dunk parties. 6 car driveway & street parking. I am a collector of all things vintage. If you are a minimalist, my home is not for you. Self-serve breakfast for your group is included! THIS BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY SLEEPS 9 ! ROOMY, ROOMY LIVING AREA WITH TWO COUCHES. THE "HOWDY!" HALF-ACRE is just 3 miles from the A&M campus, and is a roomy home on a quiet neighborhood cul-de-sac, sitting on a half-acre with oak trees, backing up to a creek and green belt. Easy access to Hwy 6 and Texas Avenue! It's a peacefully-perfect and roomy gathering place for families and friends (but please be advised, this is NOT A "PARTY HOUSE." )

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups. We welcome pets, and charge a pet fee of $125 per stay. Just tell us with your request to book and we'll update your quote. We allow special event gatherings. Gatherings larger than 20 require an additional $50 event cleaning fee. Aggie Ring Dunk events may not be booked by students. Aggie parents must book & are required to stay at the property for these events. Thank you for your understanding.

Spring Creek Ranch - Private Cabin - Texas A&M

Relax and enjoy this private cabin in a peaceful and secluded country setting but yet only 10-20 minutes from Texas A&M, restaurants and nightlife. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Keurig coffee maker. You'll sleep great in the plush king size bed. Bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. We also provide 2 twin rollaway beds, satellite TV and washer/dryer. We have 2 very friendly dogs that live on our property but cannot accommodate guest pets. No wifi--unplug and unwind!

Aggieland's Cozy Cabin sister to Cowboy Cabin

Howdy! Welcome to Aggieland's Cozy Cabin. This warm atmosphere is a great place to kick back and relax. Only fifteen to twenty minutes from Kyle Field, and seven miles from Messina Hof Winery, you have best of both worlds. A private entrance with a carport will give you freedom to come and go. There is also a pond on the property. You will feel like you've come home. Pulling a trailer? There's plenty of room for parking and with a coded gate entrance, no worries about safety.

Perfect location for peace & privacy, especially when attending an Aggie game. Efficiency apartment sleeps 5. Spacious room-includes TV, Microwave, small frig, kitchenette, private restroom. Private entrance with lots of outdoor space with access to large patio, fire pit, grill & outdoor games (ladder golf, horseshoes, corn hole) A short HWY distance from B/CS nestled 20 miles north of Bryan, TX (BW Bryan/Hearne). 3 sweet dogs live on premise, but can be sheltered upon request.

Open concept, modern home with warm and comfortable atmosphere. Designed for executive and business travelers, getaway couples, weekenders, Aggie sport fanatics and chefs. Very quiet, secure neighborhood across from Traditions development entrance off of Villa Maria and less than 2 miles from TAMU campus and Kyle field and just minutes from Rellis campus. We own and manage this property and we are available at all times 24/7 via cellphone or messaging.

Once a working milking barn on the Schehin Dairy Farm, it has been beautifully restored and transformed. Just under 10 miles from Kyle Field off Wellborn Road (FM 2154), it offers both convenience and privacy. The open-concept living and dining area leads to a cozy master bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a two-person wooden soaking tub.
