Guest house offers upstairs private guest suite (60m2), with master bedroom (20m2), night hall/breakfast area (12m2), bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), 2nd bedroom (15m2), staircase (10m2). Great for walks, stargazing, relaxation, good sleep!

Studio cosy & lumineux

Notre studio dispose de sa propre entrée et est complètement indépendant. Notre « suite invités » est attenante à notre logement, fraîchement rénovée, au rez-de-chaussée et dispose d’une terrasse fraîche. Ce studio est équipé d’un coin lit, une salle de douche, un kitchenette, et une zone salon où le canapé se déplie en lit double. Notre quartier est résidentielle et calme. Il est bien connecté aux transports en communs (bus 95, bus 34, bus 36 et le tram 81). Nous sommes localisés à Etterbeek.

The Mayor Guesthouse

Welcome in The Mayor Guesthouse! The room is situated on the 3rd & private floor (so not a private apartment). Big room with private bathroom in the city centre of Leuven. Close to the Ladeuze square and train station. Extra big king-size bed with sofa and 4K TV and desk. Closed, private parking lot available in the building at no extra cost (let us know if you need the parking). If you are on a city trip or traveling for work, this is the place to be! No smoking allowed in the building.

Avec petite terrasse, entrée privative, situé au rez de chaussée avec cuisine équipée, canapé lit 1,40m x 2m côte cuisine, lit 2 personnes, parfait pour couple avec 1 enfant, lit bébé sur demande . parking 1 place . 1km du centre commercial de Wavre , 4 km de Walibi et Acqualibi, Gare de basse wavre à 900M , karting. A 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Zaventem Bruxelles , 25km de la grand place de Bruxelles , 22 km du Lion de Waterloo.

Logement indépendant.

Mon logement indépendant est idéalement situé. Verdoyant, calme et à proximité immédiate de la gare(30 min vers Centre de Bruxelles, 20 min vers Charleroi). A un jet de pierre du Lion de Waterloo. Quelques magasins dont 2 Delhaize sont a 5 min à pied. Restaurants accessibles a pied également. Le parking est aisé et gratuit. La région possède de charmantes villes telles que Nivelles(5 min), Waterloo( 8 min), Ittre (10 min). Le petit jardin pour les fumeurs est un plus!
