stayed here for work and was well situated and easy access, room was good, clean and private. thankyou for the nice stay

Nel and Lorne are absolutely fantastic ppl! Their place is clean, easy to reach, close to a lot of attractions (also right on the beach- we saw a seal on one of the days!), supermarkets and a great playground are just 10 mins drive. very comfortable beds. Great shower. kitchen has everything you would need for a short or a long stay. above all, Nel and Lorne are fantastic hosts. We felt right at home. Nel baked fresh bread for us ! She even invited our kids for breakfast one of the days ! She especially came down to let us know about the seal swimming in the ocean right in front of the house. extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful hosts! we can't recommend their place enough! we will surely be back :)

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Natalie’s apartment. The view is stunning and it had everything we needed and more. We loved the area and spent some time exploring. It was the perfect base for us to head out from each day and see all that Tasmania has to offer. We were a party of 3 adults but we had plenty of space as the apartment is compact but well laid out. We will most definitely book with Natalie again :)

This is by far the most aesthetically pleasing space we have ever rented. Great attention to detail in all of the finishes, state of the art technology/appliances and extra fun touches (like outdoor tub/see picture on site.) Hosts were very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay. The harbor views are amazing and the Battery Point area is superb with restaurants, shops and groceries/fresh seafood in walking distance. The penthouse exceeded our expectations (comfortable, quiet, private) and we would happily rent it again.

The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was great with a lovely view over the back garden to the Riverlet. The only down side was given the nature of the property with the host’s living upstairs footstep noises carried through and woke us early each morning. Other than that the accommodation was very private and Jacqui was lovely to deal with and was thoughtful and considerate.

A must stay in Kingston beach! A perfect location with gorgeous accommodation. Could not recommend it enough. The flat was beautiful and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!

Claire’s cottage on the beach was a beautiful hidden gem. Only a 30 min drive to the centre of Hobart, meant it was the perfect place to relax as a base point, and then go on wonderful day trips from there. Watching the sun rise over the water each morning was spectacular and the evening skies on dusk were just as stunning. The coffee machine produced incredible coffee, and the bottle of Tassie champagne was a lovely surprise! The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing! Thanks Claire for sharing your beautiful beach home with us. Hoping we can make it back again one day!

My aunts spent their night at Farida’s property. There was a little hiccup with the check in, but thankfully resolved quickly! Farida is an extremely responsive host, property was stunning and exactly like the photos! Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a place near the airport!

If I could have given Mandala 10 stars I would have. The house is beautifully located and the surrounds are natural and peaceful. There is a walking track right across the street that is gorgeous. Wina’s house is charming spacious and warm- it encourages the gathering of loved ones, the creation of beautiful food, conversations,laughter and love. We loved the games shed and the grass with benches for our Finska competitions. The kids loved the playhouse. Every single one of us had a wonderful time and loved the house. Thanks Wina!

Thank you so much for allowing my family and I to enjoy a wonderful stay at Lumeah...From the moment we stepped in to this the home we felt so comfortable, Everything that we needed was provided, the beds were so comfy and warm, The family were excited to even have a BBQ for one nite for dinner...We will definately recommend this beautiful place to stay to our family and friends.

My partner and I had a Lovely stay at Janines place. The place was very tidy and the view of the beach was amazing. We will definitely stay again.

House was amazing couldn’t fault in any way. Clean, comfortable and perfect. Views and location of house was absolutely fabulous. Host always replied to any messages very quickly and we super helpful with some sight seeing recommendations when we asked. 10/10 stay, thank you 🙏🏼

这次塔斯马尼亚的旅行最惊艳的住宿，房子的背后就是悬崖顶，可以看到无比壮丽的景色，可以步行到海涛，景色太好了，房子的布置是住过的房源里最好的，房东准备了鸡蛋点心等给我们，每一个角落的布置都可以看出房子的主人是非常热爱生活和会享受生活的人，下次如果还有机会，一定带朋友再来这里！

A very good travel experience. The house is fully equipped with tableware and kitchenware. The decoration is very stylish. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room can directly see the sea. When the weather is good, you can also see the sunset. The location is excellent, it is very convenient if you drive here
