Breakaway is a beautifully located holiday home above Nebraska Beach at Dennes Point, on the sunny northern tip of Bruny Island. The property sits on a bush block, home to many bird species and the occasional quoll or echidna. Open-plan living areas and vaulted ceilings create an appealing sense of space and light. Double-glazed doors open out to a west-facing covered deck, providing panoramic views of the D’Entrecasteaux Channel. The water and sunset views from here are impressive.

A Cottage in Richmond sits in the historical village of Richmond just outside Hobart. Only a 15 minute drive from Hobart Airport and within 10 km of all Coal Valley vineyards. A converted studio style cottage in the garden of our property. Quiet and so very peaceful overlooking the rosemary and lavender at the entrance to our vegetable garden. You are sure to relax and unwind after a day of touring our Coal Valley wine region.
