Sveta Jelena Studio Apartment

Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The Terrace

This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Dobrodošli u ugodan i opuštajući studio apartman u kojem ćete napuniti baterije i osjećati se kao kući :) Lokacija je odlična za one koji žele biti blizu centra ( 5 min hoda do Korza), a opet dovoljno udaljeni od gradske buke. U blizini je kulturnih znamenitosti te brojnih kafića, restorana i trgovina. Apartman se nalazi u prizemlju stambene zgrade te ima privatan ulaz. Nudi sve potrebno za kraći ili duži boravak. Vrlo blizu apartmanu nalaze se četiri javna parkinga.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
