A Cozy Loft In Downtown Providence

The cozy loft locates in the center of the downtown Providence, surrounded by the historic art theaters, restaurants, bars and shopping mall. 3 min walking to the convention center, 10 minutes to east College hill (RISD, Brown), west Federal hill, north Train station and State capitol. Parking not included, refer to my guidebook on the parking info. **** Attention ****, the pub directly under the unit plays very loud music til 1-2am on weekend nights, please read other guest reviews on it.

Expect a modern experience in this beautiful, super clean, renovated garden apartment. Professionally cleaned after each guest. Enjoy your private deck overlooking a fenced yard. as well as the full kitchen, queen size bed, washer, dryer, and plenty of space for relaxing or working. Fully renovated in 2018 and located in a nice and safe neighborhood. Five minutes to the historic Pawtuxet Village. Less than 10 minutes to downtown PVD, RI Hospital & the colleges. Only 4.5 miles to Airport.

Historic condo in the Arcade Providence, a registered National Landmark built in 1828 as the first indoor mall in the US. This exact unit was featured on the Rachel Ray show and described as “the coolest, smallest apartment [they’ve] ever been in.” Enjoy a living area with large TV, small kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom that sleeps two. A murphy bed in the living room folds down to a twin bed. The Arcade is in the center of downtown Providence, a 5-10 min walk to Brown and RISD.

Amazing Second Floor Apartment 2BR

Walking distance to Brown and RISD. Clean newly-renovated second floor apartment in lovely Fox Point section of the East Side of Providence RI. Close to Waterfire, Newport ferry and a fantastic array of restaurants, coffee shops and shops. It is minutes away from Highway 95 and 195 Excellent choice for a few nights or a longer term rental. I travel around the globe and am a fanatic about beds, sheets, televisions and travel living conditions. USB ports throughout the house.

We are on Hope street next to BROWN RISD ,DOWNTOWN with 2 bedrooms , Hight wifi speed with 12 minutes walking to Brown , RISD, Hope st shopping, Whole food,( $6 Uber)to Downtown, India Park,water fired, Newport ferry, Train station ... Federal hill. Miriam hospital, kitchen equipped microwave toast, coffee maker,dryer , washer .an outdoor space in backyard garden

Downtown Condo with Parking

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.

Spacious and Luxurious 3rd Floor Loft... Getaway!

This is a wonderful little spot for a single traveler looking to get away or a couple looking for a romantic retreat.... Almost feels like a fancy little treehouse. The bathroom has a walk in shower and luxurious huge tub. There is a kitchenette area with a microwave, refrigerator, hot/cold water dispenser, bowls, plates, mugs, wine glasses, utensils, and a french press. -Across the street from Park -Great restaurants and cafes nearby...Walkable
