Historic Downtown Arcade Condo

Historic condo in the Arcade Providence, a registered National Landmark built in 1828 as the first indoor mall in the US. This exact unit was featured on the Rachel Ray show and described as “the coolest, smallest apartment [they’ve] ever been in.” Enjoy a living area with large TV, small kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom that sleeps two. A murphy bed in the living room folds down to a twin bed. The Arcade is in the center of downtown Providence, a 5-10 min walk to Brown and RISD.

Beautiful, Totally Renovated Penthouse (3bd/2ba)

Taken down to the studs and renovated in summer '22, the penthouse is both spacious and homey. The 3rd floor walk-up apartment features hardwood floors throughout. Stainless steel appliances including a wine fridge complement granite countertops in the kitchen. A washer dryer can also be found in-unit. Located centrally on a quiet street in Pawtucket, with easy access to Providence, 10min to Brown University. It's a great hub to explore Rhode Island and New England altogether.

Downtown Condo with Parking

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are 5 mins to downtown Providence, 1 hr to both Cape Cod and Boston. Close to the Newport Ferry. Off street parking. Two bedrooms, one queen and one twin. Desk space for working. High-speed wifi and access to almost all available streaming options. Clean, quiet, older home with tons of potential. 2nd floor unit. TVs in living room and larger bedroom. Tons of natural light.
