This private country setting is ideal for family gatherings, reunions or groups. Spacious great rooms, queen sized bedrooms, hot tub, fireplaces, pool table, large baths, kitchens and outdoor gathering areas. Secluded and surrounded by 15 beautiful acres to explore and hike. Conveniently located to shopping, dining and entertainment in Nashville, IN and state parks.

The Hidden Shroom

The Hidden Shroom is nestled in the woods in a quite neighborhood within walking distance of Nashville. The space is pet friendly with a fenced in yard. Two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen, outdoor patio with a hot tub & two person sauna. The apartment is in a finished basement with a private exterior entrance. Downtown Nashville is about a 15 minute walk and Hard Truth Hills, The north entrance to the Brown County State Park and the Brown County Music Center are all just a short drive away.

Kick back and relax in this 1880's historic home. The shabby chic antique decor invites a cozy night’s setting in this 2-bedroom unit. The entire 2nd floor is dedicated to offering a comfy peaceful setting for guests. Each bedroom includes a Queen bed and sitting room accoutrements. A Game Room Parlor offers fun and relax time for morning coffee or evening game & TV time. One shared hallway bath. This 1880 home allows the guests to step back into yesteryear ambience with modern comforts.

From the drive up a 1 lane private road, to a spiral staircase to the treetop loft, this space offers seclusion & convenience with a side of adventure. A unique hillside tri-level, surrounded by 85 foot trees. Guest have full access to the main level & loft. Owner occupies the downstairs studio with private access. Enjoy a dreamy night's sleep in the loft’s queen bed or in the main level king bed. A bike’s ride away from the Park, Music Center, Hard Truth Hills & downtown Nashville.

The Sanctuary 14 acres w/pond/fishing/trails/& fun

Come and enjoy a getaway from the busy world to a quiet home in the woods in Brown County, located near Nashville, IN. You can enjoy the large gathering room overlooking a beautiful pond that is surrounded by trees. Take a ride on the paddle boat and throw your fishing line in to catch catfish, bluegill, and large mouth bass. Eleven acres of trails make for a nice nature walk. In the cold , you can enjoy coffee by the fireplace that's in the large room we call, The Sanctuary.

Wonderful cozy home nestled by Lake Lemon, near Bloomington Indiana. Walk right next door to the Porthole for delicious pizza, stuffed breadsticks and cold drinks after an action packed day on the lake. Gather around the firepit for s’mores! Our lake home is the perfect mid-way point between IU Bloomington and Nashville (Brown County) Indiana! Catch an IU game, stay by the lake while you’re in town to visit family, or make us your home base while you explore quaint Nashville!

The Lodge at Treetop Retreat

The Lodge at Treetop Retreat is a former recording studio with an AMAZING view! Set atop one of the highest hills in Brown County, this huge space boasts 20 ft ceilings in the open concept great room. With an indoor, jetted, spa tub, gas fireplace (seasonal), pool table, and lots of open indoor space, this is a cool place to unwind. King bed downstairs, and two queen beds in the loft. A front porch with porch swing, and back deck with chairs, and a charcoal grill.

This cozy creekside bungalow in the charming town of Nashville has been completely renovated to meet all of your needs during your stay. Enjoy coffee on the front porch, an evening sitting around the fire pit or soaking in the hot tub. This home is a short walk to downtown Nashville's shops and restaurants. It is also less than a mile from the new Brown County Music Center as well as 1.5 miles from Brown County State Park.

This mid-century modern one bedroom house is located just 15 minutes from historic Nashville. Beautifully decorated and adjacent to Yellowwood State Forest. This house has an open floor plan. The large kitchen is open to a large family room. You can lounge in comfort or sit on the back deck and watch the wildlife. Newly remodeled in 2019 it is a sight to see.
