very comfortable and extremely clean historic home! This entire house was beautifully furnished with antiques and incredible art, lots of great books as well. The beds were very comfortable with lots of extra blankets and linens. Janna was incredible helpful and responsible. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks!

This was one of the best Air B&Bs we’ve ever stayed at! We were a little worried about the location, but we felt SO safe and almost secluded in our own little world! The house is beautiful and eclectic, and we were in awe at how well thought-out it is as an Air B&B. I cannot recommend this place enough!! 100% certain we will be back!

I stayed at Sandra's place in Breaux Bridge for the four day Cycle Zydeco bike tour. It was about a half mile from the event location at St. Bernard's school, easy to find and walkable on sidewalks. The house is a one-story three bedroom with two baths, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. The air conditioning worked well and was essential after 40 mile days on the bike in 85 degree heat. I rented thinking I'd be there with two other guys, but ended up being solo after my fellow cyclists cancelled. This was really an ideal location for Zydeco, far enough from the center of town to avoid noise from the event, close enough to walk or ride to and from within ten minutes (walking) or five minutes (on the bike). I hope to do Cycle Zydeco again next year, this time with a few other folks, and will certainly plan to rent this place again.

I can’t say enough great things about this home! I have lost track of how many times I have stayed here and I feel like it’s mine😁 My son has hunted Easter eggs in the backyard twice. It’s walking distance to the main Square, the beautiful church in the middle of town and other fabulous restaurants, boutique shopping and nightlife. You are right across the street from a 100 year-old oyster bar and restaurant, Dupuy’s. A visit to Abbeville is well worth it, friendliest people on earth!

The River Retreat is a beautiful river front cabin. It was exactly what the description is. We were there one night with a full moon , sitting on the porch watching the river and wildlife was beautiful. I will definitely be going back and will recommend it.

Diana's place was an absolute delight, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The communication was outstanding; she offered an early check-in, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The house was impeccably clean, and the furnishings and decor were both fun and eclectic. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and our pups had a fantastic time in the backyard area. I would easily give this stay 10 stars if I could!

What an excellent place to stay in a great little Louisiana town. The house is so much bigger than it looks from the outside. Very comfortable furniture and beautiful renovations in this older southern home. There is some street noise including freight trains during the night but we thought it added to the charm of this quaint neighborhood. Lots Cajun restaurant options and cute little shops within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rayne.

Wow!!!!!!! I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb/Vrbo locations. I’ve even owned a short term rental property. None….including my own, comes close to matching the awesomeness of this property!! Mary was such a gracious and thoughtful host. Her hospitality is unmatched. My grand children are still mentioning “Ms. Mary”. This property will now be thought of as a destination for me. Not just a place to stay when I’m traveling to this area. If Airbnb had a program that recognized the Airbnb of the year….this property would definitely be a top contender!!

Charming, comfortable, and walking distance to the boudin festival

My husband, son and I had the best weekend in this adorable place. It is furnished with everything you need to a have a comfortable stay, down to a white noise machine! The linens smelled great and the bed was very comfortable. The Hive market across the street was so charming, and we enjoyed breakfast and coffee there. Our breakfast was delicious. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Emmaline was a fantastic host. She was warm and friendly and very responsive. We arrived to find a whole container filled with sandwiches that lasted through 4 meals and snacks, saving us not only money but the trouble of going out for food after a long day of traveling. Not only that, there was also an entire homemade lemonade bundt cake in the fridge for us as well, which lasted our 4 days and then some! The topper , though, was that we were invited to a family Sunday BBQ with delicious food and a chance to meet not only family but other guests. She also showed up on Sunday with egg and biscuit sandwiches for breakfast. Her hospitality was amazing! We could not have asked for better. The place was warm, cozy, and comfortable, as shown in the pictures with a comfortable antique bed. There was plenty of hot water, but you did have to wait for it. She was warmth and kindness personified. We will definitely be back!!

I’ve stayed here the past three years when I am town for an annual festival, and it’s perfect for my needs. Linda is very helpful and responsive, and the Suite is comfortable and feels like home to me. There are plenty of resources for things to do, even snacks. Nice door code locks made it easy to come and go and not have to worry about a physical key. This will always be my first choice, and I already have a future stay booked!

This well decorated, upscale property is close to restaurants and downtown and has easy access to the highway, making this the excellent home base that we needed. Situated in a lovely walkable neighborhood, this private property is away from the main road, and the Airbnb is at the back of the house, on the other side of the garage and close to the beautiful backyard. Our stay was quiet, clean and peaceful with all the amenities you would expect from a top-rated property including wonderful towels and bed linens, beautiful furniture, and the right amount of kitchen supplies. The closet was the biggest I’ve seen, and had plenty of hangers too! We never used the noise canceling machine but it was available. Again, this is a very convenient location in the middle of town and not in a noisy place. Sandra is a great host, very responsive if you need anything. Stay here! You will love it too!

We were only there one night but really enjoyed our stay! Loved getting to meet the animals and Gerard & Annette were so kind and welcoming. 10/10 will for sure be back!

Great location, close to restuarants. Host is very responsive and easy to work with. Airbnb has a nice comfry bed and huge bathroom. We messed up our booking initially and the host was very accommodating and checked up on us while we were there. Its a very quite area. It is located right behind thier home, just a note for easy location.

The stay was great. I had no problems finding it and there were plenty of places around as far as food and stores

My favorite place to stay in Lafayette.

Excellent location only 10 min walk to center of Festival International in downtown Lafayette. Quiet. Protected parking inside gated area. Modern. All appliances and furniture new and functional. Comfortable bed. Closet, two dressers. Kitchen reasonably well equipped. No dining table, just two backless stools at kitchen counter as pictured. Couch is comfortable. Cool festival posters. Brandon was immediately responsive on a problem I had.

Blake was a very responsive and accommodating host. We loved staying at his place and felt comfortable and at home. Highly recommend!
