Spacious converted warehouse with huge living/kitchen & separate double bedroom. Unique property set in private courtyard in leafy S10 not far from the city yet spitting distance to countryside and the beautiful Peak District. Bus every 10 minutes from the bottom of cobbled track to the universities, hospital & town centre. We also rent out a 2 bed bungalow in the same courtyard. First morning's breakfast provided including homemade bread, tea, eggs, jam, cereal. Baby/dog-sitting available

Near Resturant’s , coffee shops and yet not far from the Peak District in one direction and 10 minute walk to the university and teaching hospital . Inside: private and self-contained . Comfortable double bed. WiFi, TV. Well contained kitchen , tea and coffee . Iron ,hairdryer . Shower room with towels . Outside area with table and chairs.

Our flat has been refurbished and should offer every thing you’ll need for either a short or long stay.

Just across the road is a bus stop, with regular buses to Hathersage, Castleton and the Peak District.
