The house is located with short access to i70 which makes it an easy hour+ drive to the slopes. It’s only a 10 minute drive to downtown Denver and 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater, foothill trailheads, Ball Arena, and Boulder. The suite is a close walk from Olde town Arvada and the light rail stop for easy transportation from the airport and throughout the city of Denver.

The owner lives on the main level with his 2 friendly pups. Hot tub shared with upstairs residents + up to 2 guests in the unit above the garage.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Plus I just added a brand new hot tub! You will love my home and it’s in a very safe neighborhood!
