The Groover House

Cute updated home less than 5 miles from Denny stadium. Plenty of parking, large private fenced back yard, deck and screened porch with a TV. The home overlooks the park at the Veterans Affairs campus that has a public walking/jogging track. The track winds through to the University of Alabama's Arboretum. There’s a MBR on the main floor with a large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. 3 king beds upstairs with full or twins in each room. 1 large full bath with 2 showers. 1 half bath with laundry room on main, plus an outdoor bathhouse. Shallow 3-4 ft water & private boat ramp and large pier. Big yard with a hammock. Big porch. Pool and ping pong tables, kayaks and paddle board. Swimming pool heated Mar-Oct. Spa heated year round.

If you are looking for a home away from home, this is the place for you. Our newly remodeled large private home has a large, wooded lot in a safe small community. Convenient to work in either Birmingham or Tuscaloosa. Three full bedrooms, 2 full baths, Wi-Fi for working remote. Two large screen tv's, foosball and ping pong table and grill provided. Shepherds Retreat - 2 miles to I-65

This is one of the most beautiful places you'll find! The views are breathtaking. The spaces are awesome. The décor is unique and antiques are everywhere. And the pastures are green and beautiful! There's a lot to enjoy around the property and you're welcome to roam around.
