Cozy Getaway

This self-contained apartment is located in the lowest level of our nearly 100yr old home. We are located 4 min from FUS. You will have an exterior access door that faces our garage and parking in our driveway. Although there is one bedroom and one bathroom in the unit, there is room for an air mattress (on request) or pack-n-play (available in apt) to be set up, either in the bedroom or the living room. The kitchen has some cooking and dining equipment in it to make meal prepping possible.

This beautiful home features two first floor bedrooms, full bath, and laundry which allows for one level living. The second floor features a spacious bunkhouse with a FireTV. It has a fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Take a step out on the back patio that features a gorgeous gazebo. It is ideally located 10 min. from Franciscan University and 30 min. from Pittsburgh Airport.

The Nest at Negley

Perched on a quaint hillside, The Nest at Negley is a delightful home located in a peaceful Steubenville neighborhood. This residence has been recently renovated and thoughtfully curated to provide a seamlessly outstanding experience for each and every guest. As a wife and mother of 4, I set up this property to be our home away from home while we are in town occasionally visiting our family. My hope is that each guest we host finds comfort in this wonderful home, and enjoys a restful stay!

The Hilltopper House

This home is spacious but cozy. It is the perfect place to enjoy visiting your kids who are away attending West Liberty University or Bethany College. Come enjoy some missed family time in the large rec-room. You can cook their favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen or throw some burgers and hotdogs on the grill. The hilltopper house is 0.8 mile from West Liberty University and 4 miles from Bethany College. The perfect place to stay while you are watching some college sporting events.

This spacious remodeled home features 4 bedrooms with 4 queen beds, a spacious living room (2 futon beds) with a Smart TV(70 inches), high speed Internet, a dining area, and a full kitchen with cookware, essentials, and a dishwasher. Just 30 mins from Pittsburgh International Airport, 17 mins to Starlake Amphitheater, only 4 minutes from Elite multiplex and close to Weirton downtown (14 mins) and Franciscan University(16 mins).
