The guest quarters are part of the mansion and offers a lot of privacy including own kitchen, your own full bathroom, your private living room and a private entrance and terrasse. Close to the 1 train plus private parking. Walking distance to Manhattan college and Horace Mann. 10 min form Manhattan, 25 min from LGA.

Water, Heat, AC, Internet, and Electricity will be provided. This room also has its own bathroom, a mini refrigerator, and a 43 '' Samsung TV.
