The guest quarters are part of the mansion and offers a lot of privacy including own kitchen, your own full bathroom, your private living room and a private entrance and terrasse. Close to the 1 train plus private parking. Walking distance to Manhattan college and Horace Mann. 10 min form Manhattan, 25 min from LGA.

There is a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In the living room, there is a reclining sofa and loveseat; a dinning table with four chairs. There is also a TV mounted on the wall. In the bedroom, there is a kind size reclining bed, with a TV mounted on the wall. There is also study area with a desk and a chair. The bedroom also has a dresser with a mirror. In the hallway, there is a refrigerator and a microwave, along with a sink. Finally, there is a full bathroom with all necessities.
