Beach Bungalow Studio with Cozy Patio

This studio style bungalow is located in the heart of Bronte close to public transport, the beautiful beaches of the eastern suburbs (Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte & Clovelly including the world-famous Bondi-Bronte coastal walk!) as well as being a 2min walk to great cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Fitted out with modern decor & finishes it feels both warm & inviting as well as having a designer feel. In addition, there is under-floor heating ensuring warmth through the cooler winter months, as well as air-conditioning and a fan for the warmer weather. We live on the same property (separate house) and are available for anything our guests may need. We have 2 young active boys so you may occasionally hear them playing but your space is accessed by the rear lane-way and we do not share your living space so it’s very private - all our guests comment on how very quiet it is, which is due to the location on a rear laneway rather than a main road with traffic. The only traffic that enters the lane is for the residents of our street. We leave you to do your own thing, however are very happy to assist whenever required. Bronte is among the most beautiful suburbs of Sydney, with beautiful beaches and parks yet a short drive to the heart of the CBD. Bronte has an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The home is also near Bondi Beach. Yes, there is bus transport just a short 2min walk from the bungalow. Car-park right outside the front door (free) - not common in the eastern suburbs of Sydney! Under-floor heating Air-conditioning Easy walk to both Bronte & Clovelly beach as well as fantastic cafes, restaurants and public transport.

Stroll to Bondi Beach from a Contemporary Flat

This is home - it has everything you need. Fully equiped laundry with separate washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave, oven, 4 plate cooktop, kettle, toaster, iron and a Nespresso Machine. The unit has a fantastic outdoor area and a marvellous rooftop area where you can enjoy the sunset, a drink and watch all the action on Hall Street. We are normally in the area so we are available for any emergencies should they arise This apartment is 300 metres from Bondi Beach. Nothing is too far to reach on foot. There are fantastic coffee shops and bars, modern restaurants, and trendy shops. There are a variety of bus routes that are within 300 metres Street parking is available but rather expensive. Beach parking can be arranged for longer stays.

The Sanctuary, Private Garden Apartment at Bondi Beach

Soak up the North sun, have an outdoor shower and Chilax on the comfy hammock & sun beds. Enjoy a delicious BBQ in your private, large, tropical backyard. Our spacious, bright and airy apartment is fully self contained with a very recent renovation & redecoration and everything provided. We are on the South Bondi end amongst trees and a peaceful neighborhood, yet so close to Beaches, CBD, Harbour Transport, shopping & Restaurants. We live in the main house, upstairs and happy to help you.

The Copper House

This stunning property is a finalist in the 2015 NSW Architectural Awards. Architecturally designed, two bedroom, copper clad residence. Fully air-conditioned and free wifi Please note that the approach to this peaceful nook is via a pathway past a front residence and involves two flights of steps (about 30 in all). If you have mobility issues or have significant amounts of luggage / strollers please factor this into your decision to book. Well worth the effort if you're up for it. 😊

MODERN coogee beach front 6 with parking

If you are checking in after 8pm its no problems but just advise me because it is your responsibility for the unit as check in time starts at 1pm. If you don’t advise me keys will be taken out and it will be your responsibility From the 19th of May to the 8th of June minimum stay is 10 days. If you are renovating or want an extra cheap holiday make sure you don’t miss out on this special it will go quickly at $130/night. Try and get accommodation this cheap on the beachfront in Coogee

Brand new spacious, ultra modern studio available for short term rental. Facilities: mini bar fridge, toaster & kettle. Bifold doors open up to lovely shared garden. Shops, cafes, restaurants and transport at your door step. Very quiet, tranquil location set in the back garden of family home. We can accomodate the littlies and supply a portacot, high chair and toys. Please request if needed. If you are arriving before the check in time, you are welcome to leave your baggage with us.

A spacious contemporary apartment with a large under cover verandah, and private tropical garden. The living area is filled with natural light and looks out to a beautiful and tranquil palm-filled garden. We are located 100m from beautiful Camp Cove Beach and just a 5 minute walk to the Watsons Bay ferry service accessing harbour suburbs and the CBD - just 20 minutes away. If you are attending a wedding or getting married we are a short stroll to all of Watsons Bay's wedding venues.

Unwind with a glass of Shiraz in this architect-designed, stylish loft. Appointed with modern luxuries, the space has an elegant light-filled interior. An exposed brick wall, originally part of a 19th-century farm, serves as a funky backdrop. The house has an open plan kitchen, living and dining room. My place is close to Coogee Beach. You’ll love my place because of its privacy and location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families.Spacious studio easily accommodates 2 adults with a king bed. I can also configure beds to 2 single beds. On request extra bedding can be made available at an additional cost with an air mattress.
