Your host is a Scottish marine campaigner who helped set up the Arran Marine Protected Area and has good tips for visitors.

The House is a traditional, south-facing, sandstone cottage which retains many of its original features. In addition to 2 bedrooms, the House benefits from a lounge, conservatory style-dining room and separate TV room. The House is ideally located a 5-minute walk from both Brodick village and the popular Auchrannie Spa. On site parking is available and upto 2 pets are welcome. An external security camera monitors the driveway. However, it is only operational when the property is vacant.

Tim's Barn

Murray Place Cottage - bijou and cosy.

A small 'traditional meets modern' cottage nestled on the main road in Lamlash. The cottage is a short 10 minute walk to the village centre to few great pubs and restaurants. The kitchen is well kitted out for making home made meals too. With beautiful hillside views, the cottage is close to Lamlash beach (5 minute walk), coastal paths and the 'The Ross' road for travel to the south end of the island. The main bus stop is 1 minute walk along the road making travel by foot very accessible.

The Vestry, St. Columbas Church

We have a quirky vestry, suitable for 2 adults or small family, attached to a converted church on Whiting Bay seafront. The Vestry has recently been converted to a high standard. It has a super kingsize bed plus a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area. TV, cooker, fridge, kettle and toaster. Shower room/toilet. Views from the living room look out onto the sea and it's a stones throw away from the beach. Separate entrance with garden. Free parking. Bedlinen and towels provided. Free wifi.

The Old Surgery

Beach-front apartment, ideally located in the centre of Lamlash village, close to all local ameneties and opposite the village green. The accomodation is ideal for two people; there is an open plan living/kitchen area with a separate double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. The flat is on the first floor, with fairly steep stairs, and has its own separate entrance. There is some limited headroom on one side of the bedroom due to the eaves. On site parking is available.

Springwell cottage

Springwell cottage has been recently renovated. Centrally heated with living room underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. Can sleep 4 adults and 2 infants or 2 adults and 2 children. We accept a max of 2 well behaved dogs no larger than a Labrador. Separate garden for guests use. Safe little beach and swings just across the road . Start of the Goatfell path 5 min walk away. Corrie hotel bar 5 min walk and dog friendly Also Mara seafood cabin and Deli take away or eat in .

Tigh an Iar, Cosy flat in centre of Lamlash

This lovely well equipped flat consists of a lounge with small sofa bed (for a child) kitchen/diner with oven & hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer & dining table. The bedroom has adequate wardrobe and drawer space. The bathroom has a walk in electric shower. There is on-street parking available and a car park 200 meters away. The flat is in the heart of the village and all amenities are within walking distance. ** Please mind your heads on the sloping ceilings.

Hunters Apartment

Hunters Apartment is located in the Invercloy area of Brodick. It has just been recently renovated and enjoys a very central location which is ideal for guests looking for a base to explore this wonderful Island. It is 10-15 minutes walk from the Pier and on the bus route should you wish to leave the car at home. The Beach, golf course, local restaurants and hostelries as well as shops and the fabulous facilities at Auchrannie are within easy walking distance.

Wee Keppoch is a recently renovated back Cottage set in the grounds of a 1930’s bungalow and has lovely views over Brodick Bay. It has been renovated to a high standard and has everything you will need for your stay. It is located 5 mins walk from the ferry and 3 mins from Brodick CoOp!
