Cute and Quiet in Brixton

A brilliant 1 bed apartment for singles, couples or small families looking for somewhere to lay their weary heads after fun days and nights in London. The flat, in a quiet nook off Brixton Hill, has everything you need to chill and relax whist in striking distance to Brixton and all of central London. The amazing Brockwell Park is my garden and i'm spoiled for choice for restaurants and takeaways. There are a few amazing local pubs too if the bright city lights feel a little too dazzling!

Beautiful Family Home For Rent Herne Hill London

We are a shoe-free household. On offer is our beautiful home of 25 years for a few weeks in the year. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 6 people. We are in a family area with fantastic transport links to Central London in 10-20mins by train. Nestled between trendy Herne Hill and upmarket Dulwich Village in London Zone 2. The area is surrounded by artisan coffee shops, delis and restaurants. Our house is walkable to both Brockwell and Dulwich parks.

The flat is in a detached Grade 2 listed building and has its own entrance on the lower ground floor. There are good transport links to central London with a bus stop outside the property and Tulse Hill train station a few minutes walk around the block that connects to central London and other transport hubs. Brockwell Park and Lido are close. There are shops and a supermarket close to the train station and a variety of pubs and restaurants. 74Mbps Fibre broadband.

Family home in fabulous location

This house is on a quiet tree-lined street but within walking distance of Herne Hill, Brixton, and Brockwell Park, the biggest in Lambeth. There is very limited weekday parking. There are excellent bus, underground and train links eg 30 mins to the West End. It’s set up with toddlers in mind so there are stair gates, fire guard etc. The kitchen is large, light and airy, and leads on to the rear garden which can be used for al fresco dining.
