Woodcutters Lodge: A Rural Haven

Nestled beside a 99 acre ancient woodland, the lodge is an escape to peaceful rural life where you're surrounded by nature and wildlife. The perfect place to unwind, the lodge envelops you in cosy luxury with eco-friendly products, beautiful linens and tranquillity in abundance. Our 4 luxurious shepherds huts with hot tubs are located on the edge of our field. You can enjoy the views and see the beauty this special place boasts from sitting in your own hot tub. Well behaved dogs are now allowed in this hut. Take in the tranquility and ever changing countryside scenery our village has to offer. Outside each hut you have a decked patio area with seating and a covered decked area with additional seating and bbq. Our family have worked Berry Hall Farm for over 100 years!

“The Elms Shepherds Hut”

Our beautiful little shepherds hut is ready for letting. Get away from it all and stay under the stars deep in the Suffolk countryside. Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.

You and your dog/s can enjoy a private enclosed meadow to sit and watch the wildlife fly over head. Peacock is a beautiful Shepherd Hut hidden in the quiet woods of historic Ketteringham Hall. A superb place to explore nearby Norwich & Norfolk. The Broads & Norfolk coast are close. As darkness falls, it’s time to toast marshmallows on the fire pit with fairy light all around before snuggling up in the king size bed or in the woodfired hot.
