Charming 1 Bedroom Victorian near Downtown & CC

This Victorian charmer is an easy 4 block walk to Downtown and Colorado College. Walk 2 houses down and you can stroll through walking/jogging paths in Shook Run Park. Downtown boasts great restaurants and night life. Our one bedroom apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
