Garden Cottage with Hot Tub-Accessible-Norfolk

Recently converted from barns the Garden Cottage is close to The Norfolk Broads, Norwich and the North Norfolk Coast. You’ll love our cottage because of its quiet rural location and of course the hot tub. The cottage is great for couples who just want to relax or as a base to visit the area. Babies are welcome, we can provide a travel cot and high chair at no extra cost. Joyous Garde is situated in the picturesque village of Coltishall, part of the Broads National Park. Set on a quiet street, with off-road parking for 3 cars. Just a few hundred yards from the Common where guests can enjoy watching the boats or indulge in a pub lunch. Coltishall boasts parks, takeaways, chemist, cafes, beauty salons, hairdressers, convenience store, petrol station and gallery. The award winning gastro pub, The Recruiting Sergeant, is located in the adjoining village of Horstead.

Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.
