Delightful North Norfolk Victorian Retreat

Your accommodation is separate from the main house and was part of a Victorian School built in the 1800's .It is self contained . It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

Grade II listed Country Cottage

Well Cottage is a luxurious Grade II listed Norfolk brick and flint house with beautiful oak beams, pamment floors and warming wood burning stoves in the sitting room and dining rooms. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The house is ideally suited for holidays for one or two families. It has four bedrooms - two with en-suite showers - and a family bathroom on the first floor for parents and young adults, and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic for up to four younger children.

2 bedroom cottage in rural North Norfolk. Well behaved dogs welcome (secure garden). 20 minutes to the beach. Near Holt, Cromer, Aylsham and Sheringham. Please note this is a small cottage with low doorways, and tight, winding stairs and an open landing. The cottage is unsuitable for groups with children under six years of age. Type 2 EV charger available on request for guests' use (charged separately) The nearest pub and restaurant is in the next village and only a short drive away.

Secret Log Cabin, Amazing Gardens, 5 mls sea

We have one secluded, hideaway log cabin with large landscaped grounds and private parking. We are just 4 and a half miles from the beach at Sheringham and seven from Cromer. The cabin is at the end of our land therefore we are on hand to help but you will feel in the middle of nowhere. One well-behaved dog permitted but must be friendly with others as we have our own dog, a free range Lab. If you book then you’ll get the offer of a free guided tour of our gardens, fiddians follies

Self-contained unit with en-suite in quiet locale

Charming bedroom with super-king sized bed with ensuite bathroom and large comfortable kitchen. Cley is a bird watcher's paradise as it is on a number of migratory routes. The area is fantastic for walking. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, this accommodation is now self-contained with full and sole use of the attached kitchen, which has its own private entrance door. The hand-over will be contactless. We are ensuring that there is a two day gap between bookings to allow for a deep clean.

The Chapel is a fabulous former Methodist Chapel dating back to 1868. This is a unique two bedroom property which has been sympathetically converted and restored to retain dramatic high ceilings and generous windows, making the accommodation light and airy. It's ideally situated in the heart of the Binham village, within walking distance of a village shop and local pub. Ideal base for exploring the North Norfolk Coast, just 10 minutes away from Blakeney, Wells or Stiffkey.

Garden Barn is a perfect bolt hole for two with spacious open plan sitting room with two comfy sofas & log burner. There is a well designed hand built kitchen & bathroom, all with underfloor heating. Climb the stairs & sleep under the eaves in a comfy king size bed & luxury linen. Across the lawn there is our Little Barn which is often booked together so that couples can enjoy separate accommodation. There is Wifi but can not be guaranteed due to rural setting.
