Welcome to your centrally-located retreat in Midtown Tallahassee. Being 15 minutes from FSU & FAMU is a perfect distance, and about 5 minutes from TMH & HCA. This neighborhood location is quiet. Experience a peaceful stay at the Suite and Simple, a mother-in-law suite located on the right side of the home. Enjoy the privacy of your own kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and private entrance. You can sleep a total of four people comfortably with a couch futon that expands into two twin-sized beds.

This great 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in the desirable Howard Creek community offers very affordable fishing and beach accommadations for 4 to 6 guests. It's a well known year-round fishing destination in Gulf County, Florida. There is a free, public landing, just two blocks from this property. Port St. Joe is only 17 miles (and 2 left turns) from this convenient location. It's pet friendly with a fenced in yard! The main screened in porch is LARGE with a door that opens into the fenced yard.

Also offers fire pit for late night camp fires and star gazing.

Goat House Farm is a 501(c)3 nonprofit educational farm. All profits go toward supporting the mission of the farm. Come and de-stress by snuggling our goats. These bouncing bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We are near Tallahassee but in a rural area, down a bumpy dirt road, but we promise the trip is worth it. Kayaking and hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique tiny home in a garden setting. Quiet and private neighborhood. Our Tiny House space is perfect for one guest and cozy for two. We are located about 8 miles (15 to 20 minutes by car) from the Forida Capitol Building and the FSU Campus. We offer a 15% discount for bookings of 7 days or more, and 40% discount for 28 days or more.
