Step back in time to a simple life style. Enjoy an old fashioned remote island beach cottage. You will need your own boat or someone’s boat to get to the island. There is no ferry boat to the island. There is no bridge to the island. You will be on a small private island with no stores, no paved roads (grass paths) no cars (a few golf carts) You will need to moor your boat and row ashore. Bring all the food, drink and anything you will need. There are no stores or restaurants on the Island.

Newly restored, cozy, strikingly designed South Tiverton cottage with peekaboo water views. Explore everything South Tiverton and surrounding coastal towns have to offer. Enjoy an easy walk to acclaimed dining, local beach and cafes, or a quick 10 minute drive will bring you to Tiverton Four Corners, Roger Williams University, Casino, and various hiking trails. 30 minute drive to Newport, Providence., and several beaches and vineyards. We can't wait to welcome you to Holiday House. No pets.

Romantic Beach Cottage Getaway - Non Smokers only

Romantic Beach cottage built in 2017 on the beach of Ocean Grove in Swansea Mass on Mount Hope Bay with breathtaking panoramic balcony views. The beach is a 1 minute walk out back door. Take a 1/2 mile walk on beach or use our paddle boards. For a romantic getaway the master bedroom has deep soaking two person air jet tub looking up the bay. The tub is filled on every use and provides an automatic air drying purge for hygiene. Flip the wall flat screen toward the tub and relax.

Block to waterfront, town, RWU, drive to Newport

Just a block to Bristol waterfront & July 4th parade route! Great dining, shops & historic scenic harbor in walking distance. RWU is 1 mile. Near Walley Beach, Herreshoff, Blithewold, Mt Hope Farm, Colt State Park, East Bay Bike Path. Foodies will also love nearby Warren. Drive to Tiverton Casino / Fall River (10 min). Bristol is located between Newport and Providence (each about 25 minutes by car) making both places easy to visit! Parking available.
